The ICU Corporation R&D Center is a clinical specialist center engaged in scientific research on areas related to the human eye and focused engineering development on eye functions. It collaborates with various industry-academic research institutions, attracts national R&D investments, and concentrates on research in ophthalmology, healthcare, optometric DX, and electronic drugs, as well as digital therapeutics. The center possesses a competitive in-house development team.
Development of foundational technology for non-surgical digital therapeutics for pediatric strabismus
The ICU Corporation R&D Center is reducing the recurrence rate through digital treatment management before and after surgery for severe pediatric strabismus patients, and by developing a DTx that provides non-surgical rehabilitation treatment for mild to moderate pediatric strabismus patients, it is achieving continuous growth.
